Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of purchase. Orders are sent straight to fulfillment and are therefore final.

UK orders are sent using Evri or Royal Mail, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Please reach out directly to info@sistoatelier.com for any urgent delivery queries.
UK deliveries cost £5 and are free for purchases over £300.

International orders are shipped via DHL or EVRI Tracked and take approximately 6-9 working days for delivery.
International orders cost £10.

We are constantly working to offer improved shipping services and appreciate your patience as we grow our business.

Due to tariff-related challenges, shipments to the U.S. are not yet possible. Please reach out directly to info@sistoatelier.com if you wish to make a purchase and we will provide support on a case-by-case basis.
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our studio. If your item is returned to us we will contact you via email once received. If you wish to receive the package payment must be made for a new shipping label.
If you refuse a shipment from Sisto, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any Import Fees that are incurred on the package.
