Refund policy
Our priority is for every Sisto customer to be satisfied with their order - pleaes reach out for support using info@sistoatelier.com if the below doesn't answer your questions.
Returns for refund to original payment method must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date and sent back to us within 5 days of your return request approval. Late returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges will be accepted for the same style in a different size or colour. All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.
Returns for store credit will be accepted within 28 days from the delivery date and must be sent back to us within 5 days of return request approval.
Any items bought during our sale are eligible for store credit and exchanges only.
Returns must be sent back in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all orginal tags attached. Pieces that show any signs of wear will not be refunded.
Initial shipping fees cannot be refunded, and return costs are not covered by Sisto, returns can be sent back with the shipper of your choice.
Sisto reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without a request on the system.
If you received an item that is faulty or damaged, please email info@sistoatelier.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
International returns should be marked as 'Returned Goods' on the customs form to avoid any delivery delays.
